Team4Tech works to advance the quality of education for under resourced learners around the world by engaging technology pro bono consultants and solutions to support non-profit organizations (NPOs) who have a vision for how technology integration can help them amplify their impact on teaching and learning. The goal is to build capacity for NPO staff, teachers, and students to use technology to accelerate knowledge acquisition and build lifelong learning skills, with a view towards expanding economic opportunities for learners in the global knowledge economy. Since 2013, Team4Tech has supported 85,000 learners through $13M in technology grants and pro bono capacity building for 35 education partners in 19 countries.
Over the past two years, Team4Tech has experienced 10x growth in the number of education nonprofits applying for our support with technology capacity building and solutions.
Our ability to support additional nonprofit partners with pro bono capacity building depends upon our success in recruiting additional corporate partners to sponsor the participation of their employee volunteers.
We are establishing our first regional hub in Kenya in August 2021, to provide ongoing support to our nonprofit partners across Sub-Saharan Africa.
