Our Theory of Change

We believe the future demands a new kind of leadership: human- centered, value-driven, and regenerative. Moonshot’s Theory of Change starts with identifying young leaders closest to the world’s most urgent problems and giving them a seat at the table.

When we equip them with embodied leadership, intergenerational mentorship, and the resources to build solutions, they not only create impact today but also become the kind of leaders the future depends on. This is how we grow a generation of leaders capable of healing communities, rebuilding trust, and regenerating our planet.

Submit your idea or project to be considered for the Moonshot Awards and get your support as a changemaker.
Evaluating
Your submission is reviewed by a panel of experts, assessing its potential for impact, innovation and scalability as well as your personal leadership.
Interview
Selected candidates are invited to share their vision and goals in a livestream conversation with Moonshot jury panel.
Moonshot Awards
An annual celebration recognizing 30 changemakers from around the world, providing grants and two years of acceleration support for their impact ventures.
